  • All rates quoted throughout this site are in Australian Dollars.
  • No GST is charged on our services as we are not required to be registered for same.
  • Rates are applicable as at 1 July 2010 and are subject to change.
  • Additional charges will apply for phone calls, faxes, postage, courier and stationery items if they are required.
  • All services (except transcription) are charged at a minimum of 1 hour, then in 6 minute increments. We use time recording software to protect your interests.
  • Invoices are issued on completion of a job or monthly by prior arrangement.  Packages must be paid in advance.
  • Payment terms are strictly 7 days or on receipt of an invoice, otherwise interest charges apply.
  • Payment options include direct deposit (preferred), cheque or money order, credit card and Paypal.  A 3% surcharge applies to credit card and Paypal payments.
  • A Service Agreement (which will be provided by us) must be signed by both parties prior to commencement of work.
  • All prepaid packages are valid for 1 (one) month from the date of purchase, and are non transferable or refundable.  Unused hours may be rolled over for 1 (one) month provided the package is continued the following month.
